How booking works

1. Send the form in English (24 hours a day). It's free.
2. We place a hold on the room with UR during UR's business hours (10:30–18:00 daily) and email you the result.
3. You view the room within one week. If it isn't right, cancel — there is no cancellation fee.
4. To rent it, you sign the contract directly with UR at the UR sales office.

Before applying, check who can rent UR housing(residence status, income and the documents you'll need).
