How booking works

- We place a hold on the room with UR during UR's business hours (10:30–18:00 daily) and email you the result.
- You view the room within one week. If it isn't right, cancel — there is no cancellation fee.
- To rent it, you sign the contract directly with UR at the UR sales office.
